sir magsusumbong lang ako sa mga nakakataas sa departamento ng pulisya.. sir sana kastiguhin nyo yung mga abusadong MMDA at mga traffic enforcer na mga nakaupo lang sa mga motor nila at naghahantay lang na may mahuling mga motorista na mag beating the red light, at mga walang helmet..,etc. nagkukumpulan sa isang sulok lang ang mga MMDA at traffic enforcer.. mga sir maybe you can do something about this corruption..
ilan kaya ang pop ng pnp personl kasi i have programme for them to give them loan for motorcycles and scooters even without downpayment? maybe i need the full coordianation ng director ng finance department.
